The fine old Tawny Port exhibits the rich balanced flavor achieved with fortification with brandy and maturation in small oak casks for many years. It is a very limited release from our Estate Cellars.

Highland Heritage Estate Mountain Flame

Not only does cold climate provide the best wines, so deep it produce the best raspberries.

Mountain Flame is a rich raspberry liqueur made from berries grown on our estate. Best served with sweet dishes after dinner or over ice cream.

Cabernet sauvignon

Mount Canobolas Hand Picked Cold Climate Cabernet Sauvignon

This limited volume red wine was produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Orange District of Central NSW.

Deeply coloured, and with a lifted minty cassis and grassy like fruit aroma, the wine is further enhanced by integrated fine grain soft tannins, 18 months maturation in American and French oak cases.

It has sweet fruit on the middle palate with great length and complexity and a crisp acid finish, typical of cold climate wines.

The wine will cellar well for the next 10-15 years and is a good accompaniment for meat, such as venison, beef, lamb or buffalo and heavy pasta dishes.

Reisling

Mount Canobolas Riesling

This Orange Riesling is of premium quality. The grapes are growing in shallow in shallow top soil over an iron stone shelf with excellent drainage.

The wine is pale gold in colour with youthful, green hues.

The bouquet is elegant and intense with smokey citrus lime and floral varietal characters filling the air space in your glass.

The palate shows youthful intense varietal floral Riesling fruit characters filling the length of the palate balanced with the long, crisp clean acid finish. There is also a hint of smokiness and lime.

While extremely enjoyable now. This wine will gain further complexity and depth of flavor over the next 6-10 years. The wine may be served alone or with fine cuisine such as white meat, fish, yabbies or seafood.
