Highland Heritage Estate Restaurant sits outside the city of Orange, on one of the regions oldest vineyards. As you relax and dine, looking over rows and rows of vines while enjoying a glass of wine and locally produced food that compliments each other, you will be enjoying the passion and attention to detail from everyone from the head chef, waitresses and farm hands.
Highland Heritage has recently won several coveted awards from the Restaurant and Catering Association for the Blue Mountains and Central West District, winning the major award, Caterer of the Year, Best Wedding Caterer in a Function Centre and Best Function Centre Caterer. Highland Heritage has also won Best Restaurant in a winery in Australia, 2005.
Highland Heritage Estate is situated on the highway, Sydney side of Orange. It is one of the oldest vineyards in Orange. The wine knowledge has been passed down through three generations of winemakers.
Highland Heritage Estate has a complete wine and dine experience for those looking to experience great food with local wines. You can enjoy a relaxing wine tasting at the converted railway carriage or you can dine in the a la carte restaurant which was announced best Restaurant in a Winery at the 2005 Restaurant & Caterers (Australia) Awards for Excellence.
The restaurant offers spectacular views of the vineyard and surrounding hills and even has a comfortable sitting room to enjoy that pre-dinner drink or private dining area.
